Welcome.
As a psychotherapist and certified Mindful Outdoor Guide (Kripalu), I guide journeys of self-awareness and relationship with ourselves and our intersecting communities of family, work, neighborhoods and nature.
My global career has spanned nonprofit and corporate organizations with an abiding focus on the wellbeing of humans and the more-than-human world. I believe in the power of connection and strive to create a multicultural and inclusive space where everyone feels seen and heard and effective.
I am a lifelong learner, community activist, meditator and nature nurturer and can often be found in community with others as well as outdoors, taking it all in with a sense of wonder, gratitude, humor and calm.
Join me outdoors or indoors. Let's embark on this path towards healing and well-being and connection, one step at a time.
