Join me for a series of theme-based Community Connection Walks at Mount Auburn Cemetery. Each walk includes nature-based mindfulness practices, periods of group silence, and periods of circle sharing to reflect, listen and share what may arise around the theme of our walk.

This walk is to honor and reflect on your remarkable achievement of becoming an elder, however and wherever your journey has unfolded up to now. While these walks will include gentle movement, they may not extend far into the cemetery. Rather, we will tap into the nature of the Cemetery as a doorway to sharing and reflecting on what ‘elderhood’ means to you and to the group of participants. Special consideration will be given for participants who may have mobility or other issues.
