Join Stefanie and Ranger Tim for a series of walks as we slow down, be attentive to nature with all our senses, and deepen our appreciation for Fresh Pond Reservation.
We will be guided to settle into our bodies and connect with our location and with our group as we then “walk the talk” and slowly explore part of Cambridge together. Our Mindful Outdoor Experience will include: simple warm-up movements, natural history of the area, guided breathing and centering awareness, mindful walking with sensory activities, and finding our nature meditation/sit spot.
There will be invitations to pause, to share reflections and to “soak with our senses” wherever we may find ourselves at that time, both emotionally and physically. You will be supported to explore experience in your own way
